Small Conferencing space at affordable rate? (Geneva)

Hello Geneva,

The organization I work with is interested in holding a selection panel of our new Fellows in Geneva next month and is in search of an affordable office/conferencing space and accommodations. I know this might be a stab in the dark, but if you have any ideas or suggestions, I would be greatly appreciative (and you would have a free place to stay if and when you visit Prague!) :)
