Best Areas to Live?? (Heidelberg)

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate your thoughts on which areas of the city are good for young families.

It looks likely we'll be relocating to Heidelberg later this year with my husband's job - his office would be in Neuenheim near the river, but he is used to commuting and a keen cyclist so we don't need to live in that district.

Our daughter has just turned one and as I don't speak German (yet!) I'll probably be at home with her, so we're looking to go somewhere with local mum's groups, play groups, parks etc.
