School for 1st grader from India (Karlsruhe)

Hello there,

We are relocating to Germany this july from India. we have a 6 year old son, need help regarding his school. We realised that the international schools are pretty expensive to enrol with as soon as we relocate, hence we need suggestions as to know the pros and cons of enrolling him into a state school for now.

FYI we are moving to Landau and would like your suggestions in the areas of Landau, Bad Bergzabern and Karlsruhe
