InterNations 3rd Anniversary (Kathmandu)

September Protected content the 3rd anniversary of InterNations. Around the world various communities will be celebrating this event and I would like to do the same here in Kathmandu at the end of September (perhaps on 25th). I am proposing a Cocktail Party or perhaps a Formal/Black Tie Ball with music and dancing. This could also be a fundraiser event for a charity or charities to be decided upon. Please let me know your views & prefences - Cocktail Party or Formal Ball?
