Nepal is home to one of the most famous and iconic mountains in the world, Mount Everest. Hundreds of adventurous tourists and serious climbers make the journey to Mount Everest every year. Nepal also has the biggest Hindu temple in the world, plenty of other famous trekking routes, and some of the most unique and diverse wildlife in the region. The capital city Kathmandu is made up of three old cities, and features stunning architecture; this is also where the majority of expatriates live. Living in Nepal provides many challenges for expats, but the country has signed some recent trade agreements in a bid to improve its economy. Many expats make sure to find employment before they leave their respective countries, as it can be hard to find a job in Nepal.

InterNations makes it easy for you to stay in touch with your expat friends, both online and offline, so you can grow your network of friends and contacts from all over the world.
