This week, tuesday 30th of April, we propose a delicious starter, with a very mediterranean taste: Parmiggiana di Melanzane (Aubergine Casserole with Mozzarella cheese) -

Main course recipe, RAVIOLI APERTI, is "stolen" from chef Gualtiero Marchesi
(*** Michelin) and it means Open Ravioli. We will garnish them with Fresh Ricotta Cheese and crunchy smoked bacon - vegetarian option available -

Dessert: Crostata con la Frutta di Stagione - Fruit custard tart.
