Running (Kathmandu)

Hi there, I'm visiting Kathmandu for work in a couple of weeks and was wondering if there were many expats running around the city. The last couple of times I've been in I saw a few on morning or evening runs and would like to get out there and have a run myself.

I'm mostly unsure of where I could run. Or if there are regular groups I could pop in with.

Any help would be appreciated.
