With the micro and minibus services, Mi Teleférico (La Paz’s hanging cable car system), trufis (shared cars or minibuses), and taxis, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in the suburbs of La Paz, which are just a short bus journey away from La Paz’s center.
