Personal/Administrative Assistance (Lausanne)

Hi everyone,

In the context of a reorganization, my present position will be moved out of Switzerland. Consequently I'm looking for a new position but in the meantime, I'm happy to consider a new way of bringing my support and my experience to families and/or to small companies who need my help on the long/short term..

I'm bilingual (French & English) and speak an intermediate Spanish.
Below a summary of my expertise -in addition to the usual tasks of an assistant:

- Strong stakeholder management expertise across multi-layered and culturally diverse structures with efficiency and discretion
- Extensive experience providing turnkey travel solutions handling all aspects of global business travel
- Ability to manage small to mid-sized business efficiency projects on time and budget
- Solid knowledge of design and implementation of internal communications targeting a varied audience
