Help Desk Agent – Norwegian Native (Lisbon)

Our client is a multinational company with a strong position in the telecommunications market. Following its growth strategy is seeking to recruit a Help desk Agent – Norwegian Speaker.

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
We are now recruiting Norwegian native speakers to perform the role of Helpdesk Advisor to one of the biggest companies in the world, acting as a Printers developer and provider.

• High School degree (minimum)
• IT Technical training or degree is a plus

Experience Target
• Previous Helpdesk or Service Desk Experience
• Advanced hardware and software technical knowledge
• Experience in dealing with customers

• Norwegian Native Speaker (Eliminatory)
• Good English Knowledge both spoken and written
• Hardware and Software technical skills/knowledge
• Passionate about IT and Technologies
• Knowledge about Printers will be a plus
• Excellent Communication skills and Client oriented
• Team-Player & Conflict solving qualities

Pay Rate
Base Salary (x14 months) + Language Complement (x14 months) + Meal allowance per working day + Monthly Performance Bonus + Private health insurance+ relocation package.
(Bonus will only start to be paid after 3 months at work)

Other Information
•Training: 8 weeks from 09h-18h Monday to Friday; Fully paid and included in the work contract (training will be in English)
•Working Hours: Full-time 8h/day from Monday to Friday
