Due to the successful partnership with one of our clients, we are looking for:

Implementation and Quality Assurance Manager (m/f)
Your main tasks
_Develop, maintain and manage the individual project plan for each project implementation, providing a realistic overview of the issues, risks and deliverables;
_Provide accurate internal reporting of project timelines, completion forecasts, time tracking, and other items as identified by management;
_Direct contact with the customers to assess project requirements;
_Ensure deadlines are met;
_Data analyses and build excel reports about the project results;
_Analyze and collect relevant quality indicators identify root causes and propose improvement areas;
_Measure KPIs and calculate Bonus payment;
_Work closely with HR Department, especially concerning training and coaching.

Our profile of preference
_University Degree in Management
_Very good level of English;
_2-3 years of experience in Analyses;
_Very good Ms Office (excel) Knowledge;
_Good analytical skills;
_Good communication skills;
_Results Driven
_Good interpersonal relationship
