As a member of our new Support Team in Lisbon, you will help our customers around Europe to find solutions in their daily use of our award-winning SaaS "Boardroom". You’ll help new and current clients and their teams through swift troubleshooting and correspondence. With your support you’ll ensure that their use of our board portal is a flawless experience and you will illustrate how our Boardroom has the ability to set them free to do great work and to #gettimeback. In our new and fancy office in Lisbon, you will have the opportunity to closely interact with a young and dynamic team, learn how to become a master of your craft and crush your job responsibilities, which include:
-Providing proactive top-notch support in response to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests about our software
-Ensure that you and your awesome teammates provide an excellent 24/7 service in several languages
-Skillfully communicating with our premium customers by using our ticketing tool, chat and phone
-Working side-by-side with our customers or 2nd level support to provide creative solutions to challenging problems
-Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the symptoms
-Accurately process and record support cases using our powerful tools
-Be proactive, follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary

What we'll love about you

-Fluent (oral & written) in at least two of following languages; English, German, French and/or Italian
-Portuguese is a plus
-2+ years’ experience in Software Application/Technical Support, supporting end users
-Superb communication and customer handling skills
-Ability to think on your feet in a highly demanding and fast moving environment
-Reliable & Trustworthy person that our first class customers, colleagues and superiors can blindly rely on
