Coached by a team leader, as a Customer Advisor you will respond to customer requests in a simple and practical way, putting yourself in customers’ shoes, keeping your smile to ensure their satisfaction through a unique customer experience. You will demonstrate your talent and communications skills through a variety of activities, namely:
- Answer incoming calls, providing advice and information;
- Claims management, order management and retention;
- Social network community management.
You are passionate about customer service. You are native or fluent (level C2) in one of these languages: English, French, Italian, German or Spanish.
Additionally, you have an intermediate level of English (level B).
You have excellent communication skills and you are recognized for your attention to detail and high energy.
You enjoy a challenge and you are looking to join an exciting high growth company.
