Thanks to the successful partnership with one of our clients, we are currently looking for:
Technical Support - English (m/f)
- Fluency in English (native)
- Working knowledge of computers and interest in technology. (Mac environment knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills.
- Minimum 12th grade or equivalent
- Provide technical support over the phone;
- Ensure quality of the service provided;
- Monitor all requests made by the customers.
- Full time regimen;
- Rotating schedules between 8am and 8pm;
- Base salary of 842.14€, plus meal subsidy and other benefits;
- Workplace: Oeiras (Tagus Park)
