Move to Nicaragua from Costa Rica (Managua)

Hi, I'm currently living in San Jose, Costa Rica with my partner, and we have been considering a move to Nicaragua. I would love some insights into where we should look, and what Nicaragua is like from a social perspective. If anyone has lived in both Nicaragua and Costa Rica I'd live to hear what you think are the differences between the two too.
