Nicaragua has some of the most spectacular terrains in Central America. From its stunning volcanoes, such as Momotombo, to its incredible lakes, particularly Lake Managua, Nicaragua is a natural paradise. However, expats generally don't choose Nicaragua for the jobs, many move there to experience an alternative way of living, to enjoy laid back Latin culture, and live in a warm climate. The cost of living is cheap, including housing and food expenses. Many expats relocate to the very expat-friendly colonial city of Granada, as opposed to the sprawling capital city of Managua.
