Customer Service Officer (Malaysian) (Manila)

Ø Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma / Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Ø Required skill(s): MS Office. Must be computer savvy and have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ø Good communication, typing and verbal skills
Ø Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule
Ø Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
Ø Handling phone calls involving selling, pacify and good service rendered.
Ø Managing all incoming/outgoing calls, emails, chats and team discussion for complex problem.
Ø Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling.
Ø Pro-active to customers’ needs and able to create strong personalized service.
Ø Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Ø Maintaining customer’s behavior and updating accounts.
Ø Resolves product or services problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solutions to solve the problem.
Ø Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer feedback/information and analyzing customer needs.
