Hiring for Expat Receptionist in Manila

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 3 years experience interacting with a wide range of cultures and nationalities
-Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
-Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
-Preferably, a Native English speaker

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-File and retrieve documents and reference materials
-Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
-Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
-Answer and manage incoming calls from a global client base
-Receive and interact with incoming visitors from a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds
-Liaise with internal staff at all levels
-Interact with external clients from a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds
-Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
-Following up local (Australian) and foreign (IP firms in other countries) debts owing
-Prepares and processes invoices on a weekly basis
-Generates financial statements and reports from Xero
-Responds to Clients and Associates of their queries and disputes via email
-Updates Local and Foreign Receivables Master File/Checklist
-Facilitates payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients
-Reconciles accounts receivable to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
