~~GERMAN SPEAKING GENERAL ~~

• Responsible for the Daily Bank Reconciliation of the FDOs
• Ensures that the reconciling items in the bank reconciliation are monitored and followed up.
• Primary Liaison with the Regional Accountants in the UK FSSC and with the FDO with regards to the General Ledger and Issues relating to the accounts
• Reconciles and checks Intercompany Accounts Receivable/Payable on a monthly basis

~~MANDARIN SPEAKING SERVICE DESK~~

• Provide tier I support for all hardware/software services via telephone, e-mail, and walk-ins in a courteous and professional manner. Route and/or escalate more complex requests to appropriate Tier II support technician.
• Provides support in Mandarin and as back up for English interactions (calls, emails, chat)
• Provide telecom services for adds/changes/deletes. Follow up to ensure telephone services are maintained. Troubleshoot problems on extensions and v-mail. Assist users in changing passwords and train users on v-mail access/usage.

~~SPANISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE~~

• Process all forms of customer’s orders (fax, phone or electronic mail).
• Provide customer with price and availability of PTS products.
• Process all requests (for order maintenance) on cancellations, delays, accelerations/expedites and quantity changes.
• Make direct contact with P&IC operational personnel to address urgent expedite requirements.
• Manage all open backorders to ensure correct and timely release for shipping.
