Long Weekend in Milan

Hi, I'm planning a long weekend trip to Milan preferably in April. I'd definitely visit Cremona for a day, but I'd like to stay Milan downtown. Any hotel recommendations with reasonable prices in the centre at a walking distance to many facilities and trains? I'd very much appreciate help.
