Setting up as a freelancer in Milan!

Hi guys,

As I am relocating from Amsterdam to Milan, I want to set myself up as a freelancer in Milan.

What do I need to do? I read different threads and possibilities, but what would be the easiest/cheapest way?

This is what I got so far:
1) I don't need a permesso di soggiorno because I am a EU citizen.
2) I need a nulla osta from the local court to become a freelancer?
3) I need a tax and VAT ID - but where do I do this?
