Safety in Sinkor and Mamba Point? (Monrovia)

Hi all, we'll be moving to Monrovia next month. My office is located in Sinkor near the JFK hospital and we're still contemplating our residence options.
How do you see the areas of Sinkor and Mamba Point (Sekou Toure Ave), both in the daytime as well as after dark? Any experiences with problems? Any advice on better options?
