'Easter Joy' Charity Concert on 11 April at 14:00 (Moscow)

Ladies & Gentlement! A special Easter concert to raise money for the charity Big Change ( Protected content ) will take place at 14.00 on Saturday the 11th of April.

The concert is entitled "Пасхальная Радость" (or Easter Rejoicement) and celebrates the joy of the Easter. It is organised by 'Globus Music' of which my friend Emma-Marie has the honour of being artistic director. Once again Globus Music is delighted to be joined by Marina Minina, soloist of the choir of the Bolshoi Opera, and her colleague Tatiana Mamontova who will sing spiritual classical music from various eras. This time they are also very honoured to be joined by ballerina Joy Womack and her colleague form the Kremlin Ballet Theatre Ksenia Khabinets who will dance a specially created piece called "Kiss on Wood" to music of the same name by Scottish composer James MacMillan. The concert will also feature Mozart's sparkling "Allegro" from the violin concerto in G major performed by Emma-Marie and other instrumental works performed by artists of the Moscow Chamber Orchestra and students of the Tchaikovsky conservatory. All proceeds will be donated to the “Big Change” charity.
