Main Responsibility: Overachievement of Sales Budget
In this position he guides and supports the Automation product Sales-team in the region in identifying markets / applications / customers ( machine Builders , Panel Builders, Engineering companies, Installers ) with the aim of exceeding the sales objectives of Automation products.
To convey markets / applications inputs and requirements to the Sales-team for new applications / developments aimed to boost the Sales of Automation products in the whole Region.
Key tasks for Market penetration.
To regularly visit the existing and new potential customers to create and/or increase
the market demand for Automation products by having locally implemented
the full sales process (engineering companies, specifiers, system integrators, panel
builders, machine builders acceptance and penetration ) .
Identify and assess the Markets potential by Product Groups, identified Priority Market
Segments as well as Sales Projects and Customers types.
To formulate and execute actions / markets plans in cooperation with the Sales-team
to exceed the sales objectives .
Organize and/or make Product / Market Training and Seminars for Sale-force,
Distributors and Direct Customers.
Collects , analyses and interprets data related to the released products in order to fully
exploit the markets / applications and sales projects opportunities in a timely manner .
Be the field contact reference person for Sales-team providing technical / applications/
market support / marketing campaigns, special pricing and products customization
