Technical support engineer Portuguese-speaking (Moscow)
Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Engineer for the company of fuel level products. Candidate should possess a broad technical knowledge of electronics and radio electronics. Candidate should be experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution.
• Provide technical responses to product questions. Support is delivered by email and telephone.
• Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
• Work with the engineering team on the more complex issues
• Provide product feedback to reduce the number of issues experienced by the customer
• Reports to the regional Manager or Customer Service Technical Support
