Work Permit - how long does it take? (Moscow)

Hello all,
does anybody have experience on how long it takes to obtain a work permit for Russia?
In my particular case: a Turkish citizen who will be transferred from France to work for French company's subsidiary. You can assume that the local company will know what to do. :)
