As i intend to move to India to work for one year or more, and get quite concerned aobut the work visa issue.
Here in China, it is the employer's responsibility to manage the work visa stuff for their employee,What the employee do is just provide relevant files.Will that be similar in India?
My current company has a lot Japanese and some Korean staff, what our company do is to pay for the work visa fee Protected content around)for them on condition that they fulfill one year's Contract,otherwise there will be penalty.
Anyone who have information on this ?
