‘The Kingdom Wildlife Sanctuary’, at Frog Cafe (Mumbai)
So, You’re an animal lover and you can’t get enough of NatGeo, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet; actually anything that showcases animal related stuff??!!
Here is a chance for you to make your dream come true and volunteer at ‘The Kingdom Wildlife Sanctuary’, South Africa.
‘The Kingdom’ was started by Kevin Richardson, an animal behaviorist, to help sustain and conserve what is rapidly becoming a depleting species around the world.
Already featured in many documentary series on national geographic for the work he has dedicated his life to, Kevin is also known as ‘The Lion Whisperer’ and rightly so because he is the man who speaks to lions, swims with them, wrestles them, loves them and above all respects them.
Roaring at this interactive session is ex-volunteer, Amrita Singh. She spent 2 weeks at ‘The Kingdom’ and is constantly in touch with the team. She has also written a blog sharing her experience as a volunteer.
She also regularly volunteers with local NGOs working towards the
enrichment and empowerment of animals.
