Why Bombay always gets a Raw Deal / Insulting treatment?!?!

Isn't it Strange!?!?! Protected content , an ISRO remote sensing aircraft, a sukhoi, 14 search choppers, the forest department, police, paramilitary, chenchu tribal guides...all mobilised in 3 hours for a missing CM. Was the central Govt. sleeping on 26/11 for Mumbai? and it's people ?!
