We had a wonderful 6 years living in Eggenfeldenerstr. but our family outgrew this apartment, so we’ve moved a little outside of Munich to get a bit more space. Our current tenants have been here 3 years but have also outgrown the apartment with the arrival of their second child so are moving out to a larger place.

We’re just a nice English/German family looking to rent our beautiful corner of the world to a nice English speaking couple/family without prejudice.

We favour Expats because we know it can be hard to find housing in Munich as an “outsider”, and since Nick is English it makes the whole experience much easier all round, when we can deal with it in English. Nadine helps expats professionally navigate German beaurocracy and teaches English. Nick sculpts motorcycles.

Floors -
Solid oak wood flooring throughout the bedrooms, hall and living room. Tiled floors in the two bathrooms and kitchen.

Kitchen –
The kitchen which overlooks the greenery to the East and is illuminated by morning sunshine, is a modern built-in kitchen with damped closing drawers and cupboard doors in glossy white. High end stainless-steel sink/tap and appliances include, Bosch dishwasher, Siemens oven/ceramic hob/extraction hood & large Bosch Fridge/Freezer.

Living room –
Solid oak floor and skirting. Running the entire perimeter of the room is a crown moulding with remote controlled indirect LED lighting. Windows overlook the balcony and communal garden beyond. Prtially furnished with table, chairs, and large shelf unit.

Balcony -
From the living room you access the west facing balcony that overlooks the enclosed communal garden. The large balcony is surrounded by flower boxes and a climbing kiwi vine which creates a wonderful, peaceful space to sit in the afternoon sunshine and for evening dining. A custom-designed clothes drying rack can be lowered from the space under the roof by a rope.

Master Bedroom –
The master bedroom overlooks the peaceful communal garden to the west and has a large built in desk and shelves & queen size bed.

Second Bedroom –
In the second bedroom which overlooks trees and greenery to the east is a large wardrobe.

Hallway –
A large built in wardrobe with mirrored doors runs the length of the hallway, and also there is a separate coat closet.

Main bathroom –
In the family bathroom you will find a sink, toilet and large walk-in stone tiled shower, all with high-end fixtures from Villeroy & Boch and Hansegrohe.

Guest bathroom -
