I am very interested in coffee, have a little experience myself but would like to learn more.
So I am looking for someone who is working in the coffee business (import/export, etc.) or has the same knowledge.
I am interested in how to distinguish the different kinds of beans (robusta/arabica from different countries) but also about cupping (flavors and off-flavors, etc.). Learning more about roastings is also very interesting.
Please let me know, if you are yourself or know of anyone who would be willing to share these kinds of coffee details :)
