Vegetarian recepie. Potatoe and Brinjal curry (Munich)

Ingredients:
2 Brinjals cubed
4 Potatoes cubed
1/2 cup ghee or cooking oil
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 Onion Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Red chillie powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Tumeric powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
4 tbsp yogurt
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup Coriander leaves fresh
4 cup water
Instruction:
Mix together onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chillie powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt, keep aside.Heat ghee add fenugreek seeds. Sauté till dark brown.Add onion mixture,cook it well .Add yogurt , Add potatoes and cook them. Add water. Cook potatoes till a bit tender.Add Brinjal. Cook till both vegetables is tender, finish the dish with Garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.Serve it hot with Indian Roti or Basmati rice .Bom Appetite.
