What is it?

6 week FREE fitness challenge starts January 1st and ends February 12th.

The Challenge:

Commit to 30 minutes of exercise 5 days per week and 2 days of strength training.
Contestants track weekly progress by using the forms emailed to you when you register.

The 6 week Holiday season (Thanksgiving to New Years) involves more eating, drinking, and stressing and less exercise and sleep. It is no mistake that heart attack and stroke incidence peak during the holiday season. From the parties to the shopping, it’s easy to take a break from your healthy habits. Most Americans gain about a half a pound to a pound each holiday season, more if you are overweight or obese. Holiday weight gain also explains more than half of our annual weight gain.

The L Trainer wants to help you get your fitness back on track in the next 6 weeks post holiday season.

The Reboot Challenge is a free program sponsored by The L Trainer that challenges you to adopt new healthy behaviors and maintain them for 6 weeks. Throughout the 6 weeks, you will receive weekly health tips and have the option to attend a weekly fitness meeting/class where The L Trainer’s will offer support and share tools that will help you keep your fitness on track.

Complete the challenge and receive 2 personal training sessions ($230 value).

We’ll also provide lots of tips, resources and motivation to help you meet the challenge.
