Tribeca Film Festival - "War Child" (New York)

Hello NY'ers

My brother film "War Child" has been accepted into the Tribeca Film Festival after its world premiere at Berlin's international film festival was a huge success earlier this year. The film was also just awarded the price for the BEST DOCUMENTARY at the Bologna Human Rights Film Festival in Italy.

"War Child" is a moving documentary about Emmanuel Jal, an African Hip-hop star and activist who fought as a child soldier in the 20-year civil war in southern Sudan. It's a fascinating film and I would encourage any of you to watch it. There will be five showings - venues and tickets can be found here:
