Need a German-English rental contract translator (Nuremberg)

My wife and I will be moving to Nuremberg soon, and we have found some apartments we like that are not through an agency... I am concerned about signing the contract in German as I do not read German very well.
I'd rather not have to use a rental agent, but I don't want to get caught with a missed detail either.
Any suggestions?
