Employment Contract for Non-Saudis (Riyadh)
I have received a job offer to work for a Saudi company for a role I was told to be permanent.
However, after having read the contract I received this morning, I noticed that on the term of my contract it says it is a one calendar year that may be renewed with the mutual consent of the parties.
Just wondering, is it a norm for expats in Saudi to get a rollover contract?
Any input would be very much appreciated.
