British Embassy / NGOs in Santiago (Santiago de Chile)

Hi!

I´m currently working as an auditor in Santiago, but am really interested in establishing a career with the FCO when I go back to England in August. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get involved in activities with the British Embassy in Santiago, obviously on a voluntary basis? I´d really like to spend some of my time here helping out, and thought I´d ask if anyone has any contacts?

I am also interested in volunteering for an NGO in Santiago in my hours around work, which would be evenings and weekends. Is anyone else here involved in an NGO where I could be of any use? I recently graduated with a degree in French and Spanish, and have experience in finance, journalism and teaching.
