Buying Property in Chile (Santiago de Chile)

Hi Everyone,

First time posting to this forum. A little background on me: I'm from the US, Boston area and my wife is originally from Rancagua Chile. Our ultimate goal is to buy some property in Chile and open up a hostel.

We'd really be interested in buying some land and building on it or buying some thing that is already set up. The area I'm thinking about woudl be close to Santiago/Rancagua.

Curious if anyone here has any resources or tips/pointers to help me iwth some research?
