PRE SALES SUPPORT SOLUTION ARCHITECT-LATAM
"Main responsibilities & key accountabilities The Solution Architect acts as the primary point of contact for all Sales Managers, Country Sales Support Solution Architects and VCMs regarding Pre-Sales Information and has following responsibilities (non-exhaustive): • Solution architecture definition • Pricing and assumptions related to pricing • Structure and write responses to RFP/RFI • Prepare and attend customer meetings (workshops, oral presentations, products demonstrations, etc.) • Documentation continuous leveraging and improvement. As a member of the Europe & LatAm Sales Support team, the Solution Architect must also: • Be aware of company objectives, procedures and guidelines, respect them and act on them • Build up and maintain a relationship of mutual confidence and respect with all employees • Develop and maintain pre-sales materials (Intranet, Sales Support SharePoint and InfoSpace) • Participate in general Sales and Sales Support activities / responsibilities • Participate in development of new Sales / Sales Support initiatives and projects Business related skills: • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM or HR matters (payroll and personnel administration) • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, …) • Knowledge of other HR related topics is an asset Personal skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Be fluent in English and a minimum of one additional European language (e.g. Spanish, German, French, Dutch, etc.) • Be an assertive communicator and convey concepts and information in a clear, honest, structured and diplomatic manner • Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision • Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines • Ability to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work in a pressurized environment • Be a good analyzer and problem solver • Motivated to continuously learn and to develop personal skills to evolve within the department
