Administration multi-tasking person (Singapore)

Hi I need an Administration person who can work from home if they wish but essentially some one who has experience in the following.

*Computer Microsoft competent
*Can handle pressure and deadlines. Be well disciplined and well organised
*Manage customer’s accounts. Prepare quotations, accept purchase orders received, follow-up on inquiries, proposal and delivery orders.
*Requesting obtaining quotations and liaising with related vendors for delivery and work orders.
*Prepare delivery orders and filing Update and enter monthly A/c's Work from home or Office
*Work training provided
