Responsible for all aspects of sales function, from devising and implementing sales strategies, supervising Sales Personnel, promotional activities.

Maximize Market size by increasing target customers spending via current and possible new channel or method of distribution.
• Maximize and expand business volume while abiding to Company's corporate business direction
• Partner with Marketing Manager to develop sales & marketing plans to ensure business growth.
• Present promotional plans to Retail Partners together with the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain strong business relationship with Retail partners.
• Ensure effective budgetary control over sales expenses, returns and promotional expenses.
• Establish and achieve sell-in and sell-through sales targets, business planning accuracy BPA and inventory targets.
• Quarterly review of stock module to ensure accurate mix of products for day to day and promotional business.
• Analyze and review monthly and annual sales statistics. Provide recommendations, commentaries and action plans to Brand GM.
• Assist Brand General Manager in management of Budget, Annual Store business Review, Presentations Kits, Brand GM's commentary
University degree with minimum 4 years’ of relevant experience in retail operations, at a managerial level Additional qualification in makeup artistry will be preferred
