We are expanding our Singapore office and are looking for exceptional IT Support candidates.
If you have prior experience working within an IT Support Company, understand helpdesk/ service desk environment, Service Level Agreements. You are a great communicator, have good technical exposure (Microsoft Server/Desktop (Admin/Setup), Cisco Networking, Citrix & Telephony (Voip),), and have ability to take part in pre-sales solutions, some common sense and now when to have fun we want you!
It's a plus if you have current and valid Microsoft MCPs, Cisco Certs, Citrix , ITIL etc.
The role itself is a mixture of Service Desk/ Project Management and Field Support for our growing client base in Singapore. (Please note we are still considered a startup within Singapore however established in UK in Protected content
