Requirements:

• Possesses a Diploma from a local Polytechnic, preferably with 1 – 2 years experience in customer services

Responsibilities:

• Reply to queries on utility accounts
• Make payment arrangements with customers on the settlement of their utility bill charges

TECHNICAL OFFICER – 1 POST Mandarin speaking
Electricity Efficiency Centre

Requirements:
• Diploma from a local polytechnic, preferably in energy conservation or related discipline
• Working experience in related field will be advantageous
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to conduct presentations in a confident and composed manner
• Possess initiative and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle impromptu situations
• A team player with positive service mindset
• Proficient with MS Office especially Excel and Word

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to the community at large to achieve objective of educating public on electricity efficiency
• Solicit visitors from schools, community and organisations to ensure that the visitorship target is met
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Energy Efficiency Centre
• Conduct guided tours and classroom talks for visitors
• Manage, maintain and update the equipment and exhibits to ensure that they are up-to-date and in working condition

i. have experience and comfortable in presenting to large audiences such as youths and students
ii. have been involved in activities relating to youth programs / events

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy from a local polytechnic or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and annual reporting packs
• Preparation of financial reports to external parties

• Maintenance of GL in various SAP systems

• Analysis, extraction and preparation of financial data
• Participate in SAP user acceptance testings
