Hello to all Americans in Sofia! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Sofia? There’s no doubt about it: Sofia is a dynamic city with a lot to offer for expats. The Bulgarian capital is a youthful city known for its historic treasures, vibrant arts scene, Balkan cuisine, and much more! With the network of bus, trolleybus, tram, and metro lines, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in Ivan Vazov or Mladost, for example, which are both less than a 40-minute public transportation journey away from Sofia’s center.
