Taipei with young children

My husband has a potential job opportunity in Taipei. I'd love to hear from any US moms with little ones (under 5) regarding life in Taipei with kids, preschools, TAS Kindergarten A program, etc. I also have questions about housing for a family of Protected content , costs, etc. Any info would be much appreciated as we consider our options.
