Account Manager


• Meeting with foreign and Japanese clients in their homes to perform a moving needs analysis
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with the clients (individual and corporate) during the process of their relocation
• Networking at various chambers of commerce and other events to promote the Santa Fe brand and develop business opportunities


• Bi-lingual Japanese and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Must be a highly motivated individual
• Experience in the service/hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong focus on customer service
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently, multi-task and thrive under stress
