Italians in Canada: Interview for Maclean's mag. (Toronto)

I'm an Italian who's been living in Toronto for just under a year. I'm also a writer for Maclean's magazine, and currently working on a piece about the peculiar traditions that the Italian-Canadian community has developed over several decades. Some of theses traditions–like having two kitchens, covering the furniture in plastic, preparing delicious home-made sausages in January etc–are not exactly Italian, but exquisitely Italian-Canadian. Have you come in touch with them? If so, I'd love to record your impressions as a relatively recent expat in Canada.

This could be a leisurely in-person interview, or a 15 min phone call–depending on how much time you can give me.
