Hiring Customer Service Representative (Wiesbaden-Mainz)

The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to ensure that our client patients' needs are solved in a timely and highly efficient way. The CSR will work directly with our client multicultural patients, always showing the highest level of respect and full commitment to excellent service quality. The CSR position will be based in Wiesbaden - Hünstetten.
Resolve customer inquiries through professional discussion, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Interact with Health Insurance representatives and patients to collect and verify information.
Maintain professionalism, tact and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
Conform to, support and enforce all company policies and procedures.
Review and maintain up-to-date patient's records.
Ensure that authorization forms, prescriptions, patient's insurance eligibility status and other documents required for claim reimbursements are procured in a timely manner.
Seek opportunities to assist patients and co-workers - demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.
Responsible for coordinating, planning and communicating patient’s training schedule.
Maintain confidentiality of patients and business information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent English spoken and written.
Strong sense of customer service.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Acute attention to details.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, reliability and good sense of humor.
Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service.
Interest in the medical field.
Familiarity with Germany's highways and roads.
