PSI CRO in Zug, Switzerland, is looking for a young, full-time ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A person at this position will provide high-level assistantship to the Global Head Business Development and other BD department employees. Performs, coordinates and oversees office and technical duties in support of BD
department operations.

Requirements:
 College or University Degree
 Native English Speaker
 Knowledge in German desirably
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Good typing, formatting, and proofreading skills
 Proficiency with standard MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
 Refined clerical skills (PC, filing, good phone manners, touch-typing)
 Skills in organizing own work, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and following up on assignments with a minimum of supervision
 Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
 Client- and service-oriented, problem-solving approach
 Prior administrative/clerical experience in an international environment

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
 Assisting in making travel arrangements for BD Department
 Interfacing with customers, vendors, consultants, and employees of other PSI offices
 Capturing, maintaining, and disseminating information appropriately; handling confidential information and performing administrative functions based on the understanding of company policies
 Preparing materials, needed by company officers for meetings, conferences, business trips, telephone calls, appointments, etc.
 Providing assistantship in organizing BD Department in-house and outside meetings, trainings, and other events
 Performing the following administrative duties: calling, faxing, copying and other clerical duties
 Performing client services assistantship duties as assigned
 Performing other duties as assigned
