Road Bike - Hilly Ride around Ceresio Lake

A bike racing workout up and down in the hills of Lake Ceresio. The pace will be rather slow, aerobic background.
The total route will be about 70km, with 4 hills to climb at an average gradient of 4% and a total altitude difference of Protected content .
The difficulty index of the route is QD (Quite difficult): A relatively demanding route that requires a fair amount of physical effort, with medium gradients. The route is suitable for those who have a good physical training. The overall height difference in ascent is between Protected content 800m.
In any case it isn't a race, the pace is agreed and cyclotouristic, and there are two small coffee breaks.
